Can you demonstrate that you have experience of a B2B manufacturing or engineering sales environment, working in an administration capacity?

The Role:

In the Sales Administrator role you’ll report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for maintaining, growing and servicing our well established customer base by supporting the sales process whilst delivering excellent customer service.

This position is based at the company’s Warrington site, so please ensure that’s within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.


The Candidate:

To be the right person for Sales Administrator role you will need direct experience working in a B2B sales environment, working in an administration or sales support capacity.

We also need you to have prior experience of supporting customer accounts accounts, delivering a high level of customer service.

It’s also essential that you’ve got experience of providing time sensitive and accurate quotes, order management and resolution of day to day queries.

It’s important that you also have the following:

  • First class customer service skills and a proactive
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong people skills, able to develop strong relationships with key clients

We need you to be ambitious, keen to use this opportunity to further your career into more senior roles within the business and be someone who thrives on working to strict deadlines and managing multiple tasks.

The Package:

The basic salary for the Sales Administrator role is up to £25,000.

You’ll also receive other benefits which include the following: 

  • 6% company pension contribution
