Founder & Director

With close to 20 years of executive search and recruitment experience supporting high growth organisations across the UK. An experienced recruiter and headhunter with a clear and consistent record of successful recruitment project delivery.

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced industry professionals with more than 15 years each of client-side working experience, so we are able to engage our clients in a unique and knowledgeable manner, consultative rather the sales,  which leads to long-term, trusted and productive relationships.

I have insisted from day 1 that we provide our clients with a no-nonsense, problem-solving approach to their recruitment projects. We have built a nimble, flexible and customer focussed delivery vehicle utilising consistently evolving artificial intelligence tools to ensure we can deliver where others more traditional businesses using traditional recruitment methods fall short.

With 15 years experience of building and leading sales teams in Insurance and Recruitment, Ben understands the hiring challenges that you’re looking to solve as he has been there himself: recruiting, training and managing sales teams of up to 40 staff.

Due to this significant client-site experience working for numerous Insurance groups including Legal & General and BISL, Ben has the technical understanding of his clients products and therefore the knowledge to unearth and headhunt relevant top talent.

Dr Jack Rogers

Checked Data is headed up by Dr Jack Rogers (BSc, MSc, PhD) who with over 15 years of data analytical experience, receiving his PhD from Cambridge University and employed by both Oxford University and latterly the University of Birmingham.

Jack has hands-on research experience working around artificial intelligence and predictive and computational data modelling areas building and utilising complex datasets.

Jack is uniquely placed with his specialist knowledge to consult and support his clients on recruitment projects associated to data science and analysis, machine learning, artificial intelligence and predictive and computational data modelling areas.
