Role: Sales Advisor

Location: Tamworth, UK

Salary: £25-26,000 + overtime rates + personal bonus + benefits

** Please note that this role requires one Saturday morning shift per month, paid as overtime on top of salary **

About Our Client

Our client who are a leading services provider, committed to providing excellent customer service, are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Advisor to join their growing team in Tamworth.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing warm incoming telephone leads/enquiries and moving perspective clients through a well-established sales process.

Responsibilities

• Fielding and responding to customer queries through phone (majority), email, and social media
• Promptly and efficiently resolving customer concerns
• Providing knowledge and support on our products and services
• Promoting our products and services to new and existing customers

Requirements

• Some experience in a similar role (telephone-based sales)
• Sales / CS experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
