Role: Customer Sales Executive

Location: Tamworth, UK

Salary: £25-26,000 + overtime rates + personal bonus + benefits

Please note that this role requires one Saturday morning shift per month, paid as overtime on top of salary

Our client, a leading services provider committed to excellence, is seeking a skilled Customer Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Tamworth.

The Role

As a Customer Sales Executive, you’ll expertly manage incoming warm leads, guiding prospective clients proactively through our sales process. You’ll focus on building relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer queries via phone (majority), email, and social media
• Offering swift and effective solutions to customer concerns
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products and services
• Actively promoting our offerings to both new and existing customers
• Maintaining accurate sales records and customer data

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role (ideally telephone-based sales)
• Proven sales and/or customer service background
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
