Tell me more about the role…
You will be primarily responsible for administering a portfolio of private medical insurance policies for corporate and individual clients.
Working in the company’s Preston office for part of the week, and from home for the rest of it, you’ll report to the Head of Administration and will be tasked with the following:
- Maintaining the firms bespoke customer database at all time
- Completing market review analysis for manual renewals and compiling reports on behalf of our clients advisors
- Dealing with day to day amendments including change of addresses, new members, leavers, and adding dependents

What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who’s got a background in administration.
Plus, you’ll need some experience of microsoft packages such as word, excel and outlook.
In addition, you’ll need the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisation and communication skills, able to work productively with colleagues and alone
- A good understanding of a service sector business
You’ll also need to be the following:
- Diligent and have an eye for detail
- A strong team player
- Able to take instruction from clients
