Role: Sales Advisor

Location: Solihull

Salary: £25,000 + benefits, OTE £30-34,000

Our client is a leading professional retail / medical company with operations throughout the UK, this role is based in Solihull. We are looking for a highly motivated and personable Sales Advisor to join their vibrant and fun team.

The role:

This is ‘relationship building’ rather then ‘hard sell’ type role, so would suit an individual who is keen to nurture sales, rather then push for them.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and greeting customers
• Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs
• Walking customers through the sales process and presenting options around financing their purchases
• Closing sales and processing payments
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets

What you need to have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong sales skills and experience
• The ability to build relationships with customers quickly and easily
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
