Role: Sales Advisor

Location: Tamworth (This is an office-based position)

Salary Guide: £27,000 – (Plus Personal Bonus and Benefits; OTE £30-32k)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Note: This role may require one Saturday morning shift per month in the future, with overtime pay provided.

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our client’s expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to offer substantial support to our customers, all while maintaining a sales-oriented mindset and focusing on achieving targets to maximize bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Efficiently resolving customer issues
• Providing product and service information and guidance
• Promoting products and services to both new and existing customers
• Updating and maintaining customer records
• Other administrative tasks as required

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong customer service abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly over the phone
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective prioritization and workload management skills
• Proficiency in IT
