Do you have a proven track record in overseeing the management of a Sales and Administration team, conducting performance reviews, comparing prices for trade product supplies, placing stock orders, inputting new product codes into Sage, establishing relationships with new suppliers, tracking pending orders, and ensuring compliance with company procedures for all staff?

Role Overview
As the Office /Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Sales Administration department’s management and operational performance.
In addition to the specified duties, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, team development, and strategic planning within the operations department.

Compensation Package
The basic salary for the Office / Ops Manager role is in the range of £40,000 – £45,000 per annum, with additional bonuses and benefits to be discussed during the interview process.
