Salary: £32,000 + Benefits

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our clients team in Ramsbottom. In this role, you will play a crucial part in organising and supporting our Advisers, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive “Pre-Sales” administration support, including preparing engagement letters, obtaining quotes, and managing client documentation.
· Ensure the accurate and timely provision of valuations and client information to Advisers.
· Maintain and update our back-office software and client databases to reflect current information.
· Manage Adviser diaries, work logs, and meetings to optimise team efficiency.
· Deliver excellent client service by handling telephone enquiries and meeting/greeting visitors professionally.
· Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and qualifications within the Financial Services sector.

What We Offer:
Holidays: 25 days of annual leave, with additional days based on length of service.
Pension Scheme: 3% employer and 4% employee contributions.
Death in Service: 4x salary coverage.
Private Health Insurance: 75% coverage up to Normal Retirement Date, with a 13-week deferred period.
About You:
Previous experience within the Financial Services industry is essential.
Ideally, you have commenced studies with the CII.
You are a proactive individual with a “can-do” attitude, eager to learn and grow within your role.
