Role: Customer Services Sales Executive

Location: Tamworth (This is an office-based position)

Salary Guide: £27,000 – (Plus Personal Bonus and Benefits; OTE £30-32k)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Note: This role may require one Saturday morning shift per month in the future, with overtime pay provided.

We are seeking a Customer Services Sales Executive to join our client’s expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to offer substantial support to our customers, all while maintaining a sales-oriented mindset and focusing on achieving targets to maximise bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Efficiently resolving customer issues
• Providing product and service information and guidance
• Promoting products and services to both new and existing customers
• Updating and maintaining customer records
• Other administrative tasks as required

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong customer service abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly over the phone
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective prioritisation and workload management skills
• Proficiency in IT
