Role Overview:
As a High Net-Worth Account Handler, you will be the cornerstone of their client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions and maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction. You will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, offering them a seamless experience that aligns with their unique needs and expectations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that their clients receive the personal touch and expert guidance they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences.
· Advise clients on suitable insurance products, ensuring all coverage is appropriate and comprehensive.
· Manage all aspects of insurance policies, from inception to renewal, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
· Conduct detailed risk assessments and work closely with underwriters to obtain the best terms for clients.
· Provide expert guidance and support during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution for the client.
· Stay up-to-date with market trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide the best advice to clients.
About You:
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling high-net-worth clients within the insurance industry.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with discerning clients.
· Deep understanding of high-net-worth insurance products, including home, motor, and valuables insurance.
· Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all client interactions and documentation are of the highest standard.
· A discreet and professional approach, maintaining the confidentiality and trust of your clients.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease.
