Role Overview:
As a High Net-Worth Account Executive, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding a portfolio of high-value clients. Your focus will be on understanding the intricate needs of high-net-worth individuals and offering them tailored insurance solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
· Advise clients on customized insurance products, including home, motor, and valuable collections, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
· Oversee the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding and policy administration to renewal and claims management.
· Identify and pursue opportunities to grow your portfolio through referrals, networking, and deepening existing client relationships.
· Conduct thorough risk assessments and work closely with underwriters to secure the best terms for clients.
· Stay informed of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice.
About You:
· Proven track record of at least 3 years in a similar role within the high-net-worth insurance sector.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients.
· Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
· In-depth knowledge of high-net-worth insurance products and the unique needs of this client segment.
· Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
