The Role:

In the International Sales Manager role, you’ll report to the Group CEO with a remit specifically around special projects across the group, and will be primarily responsible for driving international revenue growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, and managing customer relationships across multiple jurisdictions. This is a unique role with full and rare direct exposure to the global SMT.

Specific tasks include:

  • Developing and implementing effective international sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients across various countries
  • Managing the entire international sales process from lead generation to closing deals, pulling in local territory support as required
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to stay updated on global industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

This is a remote role with international travel as required, so if this arrangement doesn’t suit you please do not apply.

The Candidate:

To be the right person for International Sales Manager role you will need direct experience of driving international revenue growth and managing customer relationships across multiple jurisdictions.

We also need you to have prior experience of:

  • Developing and implementing effective international sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Managing the entire international sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to stay updated on global industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

It’s important that you also have the following:

  • Proven track record in international sales, around selling physical products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing your own time with a strategic mindset

The Package:

The basic salary for the International Sales Manager role in the circa. £65-80k region (depending on experience). You’ll also receive a fill benefits package as well as significant bonus arrangement.
