Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional international travel

The Role:

As the International Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Group CEO and focus on strategic revenue campaigns for the group. Your primary responsibilities will include driving international revenue growth, devising strategic sales initiatives, and managing customer relationships across multiple jurisdictions. This unique role offers rare direct exposure to the global Senior Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective international sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Cultivating and nurturing enduring customer relationships with clients across various countries.
  • Overseeing the entire international sales process from lead generation to deal closure, leveraging local territory support as needed.
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to stay abreast of global industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

The Candidate:

To excel in the role of International Sales Manager, you must possess direct experience in driving international revenue growth and managing customer relationships across multiple jurisdictions. Additionally, prior experience in:

  • Strong understanding of technical and product details.
  • Ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Capable of representing the company well in new industries.
  • Hands-on sales and business development focus.
  • Developing and implementing effective international sales strategies.
  • Managing the entire international sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to stay updated on global industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

It’s essential that you also have:

  • A proven track record in international sales, particularly in selling physical products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing your time strategically.

The Package:

The basic salary for the International Sales Manager role is in the region of £60,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience). In addition, you’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package and a significant bonus arrangement.
