We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Administrator to join our dynamic investment team. In this pivotal role, you will support our clients financial advisers and play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our clients’ investment portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately process client application forms and investment transactions, ensuring adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
· Maintain up-to-date and precise client records, ensuring all information is current and correctly logged.
· Prepare and deliver regular operational reports to the board of directors and investment committee.
· Assist in meeting preparation, including producing detailed reports and taking minutes during meetings.
· Effectively liaise with investment advisers, third-party providers, and custodians to ensure seamless communication and operations.
· Manage and resolve client queries with professionalism and in a timely manner.
· Proactively identify and address any potential issues within the investment administration process.
· Assist the investment manager with both quantitative and qualitative research on model portfolios and their underlying funds.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in financial services administration, with a focus on investment.
· Minimum A-Level qualification; a basic understanding of investment principles and financial products is essential.
· Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
· A self-starter with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a small, collaborative team.
· Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, including a willingness to take relevant professional exams.
