Our client, a leading player in the industrial engineering sector, seeks a strategic regional Sales Manager to cultivate existing accounts and spearhead ambitious growth within the Midlands.
The Challenge:
- Take charge of a well-established territory, maximising revenue streams and solidifying client relationships.
- Proactively identify and pursue high-potential leads, transforming them into lucrative business partnerships.
- Collaborate seamlessly with head office support to deliver exceptional proposals and quotations.
- Orchestrate all aspects of client engagement, from initial contact to successful contract completion.
- Analyse sales performance, strategically recommending course corrections to ensure targets are surpassed.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience working with C-suite level clients, able to sell more strategically rather then transitionally.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales within industrial, manufacturing, construction, building materials, steel/metals or related fields.
- A keen understanding of customer needs, enabling the development of lasting, value-driven relationships.
- Expertise in contract negotiation and a commitment to resolving client challenges creatively.
- A results-focused mindset, driven by ambition and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong collaboration across teams.
