Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester
Salary Range: circa.£40,000 + Benefits
** This role could suit an individual with previous supervisory experience gained in a previous Sales, CS or Administration supervision role **
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Office Manager with a background in industrial products, composites, manufacturing/engineering, or trade sales. If you’re skilled in team leadership, driving revenue growth, and exceeding performance targets, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The Role:
As Sales Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of our sales operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales and administration team.
- Guide, coach, and mentor team members to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing and improving sales processes.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Prepare sales reports, analyse data, and identify areas for improvement.
About You:
- Experience leading a team of sales execs and administrators, driving revenue growth and performance.
- Experience working in industrial products, composites, manufacturing/engineering, or trade sales environments.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in managing and motivating a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
